In some embodiments the miscibility enhancer can comprise a liquid soap or detergent. Additional formulations that comprise cassia oil and/or eucalyptus oil are also disclosed. A method of use of an organic pest control product is also disclosed, in which the organic pest control product is effective to control a wide range of biological pests including fungi, bacteria, and insects, including those responsible for Dutch Elm Disease, fire blight, and Colony Collapse Disorder.
