  Herbicidal compounds are disclosed having the general formula ##SPC1## Where X is hydrogen or hydroxy, R.sup.1 is hydrogen or halo and R.sup.2 is alkyl, cycloalkyl, phenyl, alkenyl, and substituted derivatives of the above. Compounds for which herbicidal usage is claimed may include, in addition to the compounds of formula (I), formula (I) compounds in which R.sup.2 is hydrogen.
