  摘要：

  Formation of the 2-methoxymethyl-pyrrolidine-1-dithiocarboxylates 2-4 and alkylation of 2 and 3 were studied. Enantiomeric and diastereomeric derivatives of 4, the preparation of diastereomeric mixtures of 4 by alkylation of 3 in the presence of strong bases, and formation of 6 by phase transfer alkylation of 2 are described. The two enantiomers of 2-(4-bromophenyl)-2-oxo-ethyl 2-methoxymethylpyrrolidine-1-dithiocarboxylate 2 have been characterized by X-ray analysis.
