Microwave-assisted synthesis of triamide derivatives via a <i>pseudo</i> five-component one-pot reaction

The reaction between Meldrum's acid and aryl aldehydes with alkyl isocyanides in the presence of two equivalents of aniline in microwave conditions provided a simple and efficient one-pot route for the synthesis of triamide derivatives in good yields. The present method does not involve any hazardous organic solvent. Therefore, this procedure could be classified as green chemistry.
在微波条件下,在两当量苯胺存在下,Meldrum的酸和芳基醛与烷基异氰化物之间的反应为高收率的三酰胺衍生物的合成提供了简单有效的一锅法。本方法不涉及任何有害的有机溶剂。因此,该程序可以归类为绿色化学。
