    摘要:
    本发明提供一种4‑乙烯基吡啶丙磺酸内鎓盐的合成方法,步骤如下:分别称取4‑乙烯基吡啶、1,3‑丙磺酸内酯、有机溶剂和助剂;将有机溶剂平均分成三份,分别与4‑乙烯基吡啶、1,3‑丙磺酸内酯、助剂溶解混合;然后将混合溶液依次加入反应器,在20℃~90℃的条件下反应1~10h,然后经过滤、洗涤、干燥制得4‑乙烯基吡啶丙磺酸内鎓盐。本发明方法通过加入助剂,不仅产品收率高,可达90%以上,而且不需要经过重结晶步骤直接得到高纯度产品,产品纯度≥95%。本发明方法具有反应时间短、操作简单,反应后反应器不挂胶,易于清洗维护,有利于工业化生产,适于工业应用。

The particle size of the starch-containing microsphere exhibits polydispersity with uniform distribution in a particle size concentrated distribution interval, and the particle size distribution in the particle size concentrated distribution interval has the following features: equal division of the particle size concentrated distribution interval into n intervals, and a microsphere percentage in each interval is (I), where n is an integer greater than 1. The preparation method comprises: first reacting starch with a low concentration of epichlorohydrin, and then reacting the resultant product with a surfactant, followed by final crosslinking to give microspheres.     Disclosed are an associated copolymer, a method for preparation of a polymer and a polymer prepared with the method, a use of the associated copolymer and/or the polymer in drilling fluids, and a drilling fluid containing the associated copolymer and/or the polymer. The associated copolymer comprises acrylamide structural units, zwitter-ionic structural units, and cationic polyamine structural units at a specific proportion, and the cationic polyamine structural units have specific kinematic viscosity and cationic degree; thus, when the associated copolymer is used as a viscosity improver for drilling fluids, the obtained drilling fluid not only has favorable apparent viscosity after it is aged at a high temperature, but also has high dynamic shear force, and is resistant to high temperature up to 200° C. or above, resistant to NaCl up to saturated concentration, and resistant to CaCl 2 up to 20 wt % concentration.

    A starch-containing microsphere has a particle size that exhibits polydispersity with uniform distribution in a particle size concentrated distribution interval.
