The oxime derivatives according to the present invention show excellent herbicidal effect against broad leaved weeds and narrow leaved weeds, and additionaly, have quick acting herbicidal activity with reduced application. In formula (I), X, Y, Z, R1, R2, R3 and Q are as defined in claim 1.(FR) Dérivé d'oximes spécifique selon la formule (I) ou ses sels et préparations herbicides le contenant. Les dérivés d'oximes ci-décrits présentent un excellent effet herbicide contre les mauvaises herbes à feuilles larges et étroites, et agissent rapidement, même en faible quantité.
