  Beschrieben werden neue vinyloge Carboxamide der Formel I, worin Ar einen gegebenenfalls substituierten Phenylrest, R ein Wasserstoff- oder Chloratom oder die Methyl- oder Methoxygruppe, R1 ein Wasserstoffatom oder die Methylgruppe und R2 ein Wasserstoffatom, einen Alkyl-, Alkenyl-oder Alkinylrest, einen Cycloalkylrest oder einen durch die Hydroxygruppe oder eine Aminogruppe substituierte Alkylgruppe bedeutet, wobei aber R, und R2 auch zusammen mit dem Stickstoffatom einen heterocyclischen Ring bilden können, des weiteren fünf Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindungen der Formel I und Arzneimittel, welche diese Verbindungen enthalten. Die Verbindungen der Formel I üben eine Wirkung auf das Zentralnervensystem aus und zeigen eine antikonvulsive Wirkung bei einer guten Verträglichkeit.
