A facile method for the transition-metal-free diarylation of isocyanates with arynes in the presence of cesium fluoride has been developed, which affords functionalized diaryl amines in moderate to excellent yields. This reaction has good functional group tolerance and provides excellent regioselectivity by utilizing a methoxy-substituted aryne precursor.

본 발명은 다이아릴 아민 화합물의 제조 방법에 대한 것으로, 하기 화학식 1로서 표시되는 화합물, 하기 화학식 2로서 표시되는 화합물 및 합성시약을 용매 하에서 반응시키는 것을 포함하며 상기 합성시약은 CsF, KF, 18-크라운-6, KCOTBAT(tetrabutylammonium difluorotriphenylsilicate), TBAF(tetrabutylammonium fluoride) 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 물질을 포함하는 다이아릴 아민 화합물의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. [화학식 1] [화학식 2] 상기 다이아릴 아민 화합물은 전이금속의 부재 하에서 합성할 수 있어 경제적인 동시에 수율 및 위치선택성이 좋아 다양한 치환기를 가진 다이아릴 아민 화합물을 합성하는 데 응용할 수 있다.
A facile, transition-metal-free N-arylation procedure for amines and sulfonamides has been developed, which affords good to excellent yields of arylated products under very mild reaction conditions. A methoxy-substituted aryl triflate affords N-arylated products in high yields with excellent regioselectivity. This chemistry tolerates a variety of functional groups.
