A mixed-cation 3D lead bromide hybrid perovskite (NMDAP)2FAPb4Br13 is tailored through the localized lattice expansion of 3D FAPbBr3. The resulting perovskite shows a high two-photon absorption coefficient of 60.8 cm MW−1 and exhibits a sensitive near-infrared photoresponse with large on/off ratio (≈104) and favorable stability.
