  本发明涉及有机光电材料技术领域，具体涉及一种含有咔唑基团的芳胺化合物及其有机电致发光器件。本发明提供的式(I)所述的含有咔唑基团的芳胺化合物具有很好的空穴迁移率，同时还具备适当的HOMO能级和T1值，以及高的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)，因此，与相邻有机物层间的能级匹配度高，热稳定性好，分子间的排列优异，作为空穴传输材料应用于OLED器件中时，在外电场的作用下，不易结晶，成膜稳定性好，空穴传输能力恰当，特别是作为空穴注入层的基质材料、空穴传输层材料或发光辅助层材料时，能够有效提高器件的发光效率，降低器件的驱动电压，延长器件的使用寿命。综上所述，本发明提供的含有咔唑基团的芳胺化合物是一类性能优良、应用广泛的OLED材料。
