  分别通过微波辅助将无溶剂的亚磷酸二烷基酯和氧化二苯膦分别添加到由苯甲醛衍生物和伯胺形成的亚胺中，合成了一系列的α-芳基-α-氨基膦酸酯和α-芳基-α-氨基膦氧化物。优化后，将反应性作图，并通过DFT计算评估精细机理。对两种α-氨基膦酸酯进行了X射线研究，揭示了通过NH ... O = P分子间氢桥对形成的外消旋二聚体。
