using conventional methods. The new compounds obtained were evaluated for their cytotoxic effect in three different cancer lines, the activity obtained varies depending upon the structure of a molecule. The compound ( IVb ) and ( IVf ) showed promising effect than other compounds of the series. Thus, these two derivatives have the potential for developing as anticancer agents.
摘要 通过茶碱-7-乙酰肼与不同苯甲酸的环化反应,得到了一系列茶碱甲基1,3,4-恶二唑小分子化合物。使用常规方法合成和表征化合物(IVa-j)。在三种不同的癌症系中评估了获得的新化合物的细胞毒性作用,获得的活性取决于分子的结构。化合物(IVb)和(IVf)比该系列的其他化合物显示出有希望的效果。因此,这两种衍生物具有开发为抗癌剂的潜力。
