  Compounds are disclosed of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen; C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl; C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 cycloalkyl or diphenylmethyl; Y is --NH(CH.sub.2).sub.n --R.sub.2 or ##STR2## R.sub.2 is OH or --ONO.sub.2 ; l is 2 or 3; m is 0 or 1; and n is 2 to 8; and physiologically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. The compounds of formula (I) are of a blood flow-increasing and hypotensive actions and can be used for the therapy or prevention of diseases in the cardiovascular system.
