L'invention concerne également un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce dérivé. Dans ladite formule (I), R1 représente un atome d'halogène, alcoxy inférieur, dialkylaminoalcoxy, hydroxyalcoxy, phenoxy substitué ou non substitué par alkyle inférieur, benzyloxy, ou phényle, et R2 et R3 représentent, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, hydrogène ou alkyle inférieur, ou bien R2 et R3 forment avec l'atome de carbone auquel ils sont fixés un cycle à 6 éléments, saturé ou insaturé, à condition que R2 et R3 ne représentent pas hydrogène lorsque R1 représente chloro.
