  摘要：

  由三氟氯乙烯，三甲基氯硅烷和烷基或芳基锂试剂立体定向地制备（Z）-1，2-二氟-2-取代的乙烯基硅烷。随后通过乙烯基硅烷与KF / n- Bu 3 SnCl / DMF的反应立体交换三甲基甲硅烷基基团，得到相应的（Z）-1,2-二氟-2-取代的乙烯基锡烷。乙烯基锡烷与取代的芳族碘化物的Pd（PPh 3）4 / Cu（I）I / DMF偶联以立体方式立体地提供了（E）-1,2-二氟-1-取代的芳基烯烃。

  Palladium/copper (I) halide catalyzed cross couplings of (E)- and (Z)-1,2-difluorovinylstannanes with aryl iodides and vinyl halides proceeded at room temperature to stereospecifically give 1,2-disubstituted-1,2-difluoroolefins and 1,2-difluoro or 1,2,3,4-tetrafluorosubstituted dienes in good to excellent yields.

  钯/铜（I）卤化物催化（E）-和（Z）-1,2-二氟乙烯基锡与芳基碘化物和乙烯基卤化物的交叉偶联在室温下进行，立体定向生成1,2-二取代-1,2-二氟烯烃和1,2-二氟或1,2,3,4-四氟取代的二烯，收率良好至优异。
