    摘要:
    本发明涉及有机合成领域,提供一种新型碳酸酯改性无氟有机膦配体的合成方法,该合成方法以对溴苯乙烯或其衍生物为原料制备成格利雅试剂与磷源反应生成具有三苯基膦的骨架结构分子,经过氧化,环氧化,环加成,还原,得到目标分子结构。本发明的效果和益处是合成新型亲二氧化碳的有机膦配体,提高了膦配体在超临界CO2中的溶解度,以实现无氟膦配体有机金属催化剂在超临界CO2中的应用。并且有机碳酸酯化合物在弱(非)极性有机溶剂(如,烷烃类化合物)中不溶,这一性质可使碳酸酯基团改性的无氟膦配体在反应体系中具有分相功能,实现催化剂的回收和再利用。

    A method for an olefin hydroformylation reaction comprising subjecting olefins and CO/H2 mixed gas to the olefin hydroformylation reaction in a reactor in the presence of a solid heterogeneous catalyst, which consisting of a metal component and an organic ligand polymer with hierarchical porosity, in which the metal component is one or more of Rh, Ir or Co, the organic ligand polymer is a polymer formed by polymerization of an organic ligand monomer containing P and alkenyl group and optional N, and in the solid heterogeneous catalyst, the metal component forms coordinated bonds with the P atom or N in the backbone of the organic ligand polymer and exists in a monoatomic dispersion state; the reaction technique and device are simple, and the catalyst has a stable hydroformylation property with a high activity and yield.

    Provided are: a polymer-supported phosphane compound exhibiting excellent catalytic reaction activity; a complex including the compound and a transition metal; and a catalyst including the complex. This polymer compound includes: units of threefold styrene cross-linked phosphane; and styrene units having substituent groups (R) in position 4 (provided that R represents hydrogen, a C1-6 lower alkyl group, a C1-6 lower alkoxy group, or a polar functional group). In the formula in which the polymer compound includes structure (1), PS represents a polystyrene unit chain including the styrene units having the substituent groups (R). The complex includes the polymer and a transition metal. The catalyst for an organic compound coupling reaction includes the complex.

    Provided are: a polymer-supported phosphane compound exhibiting excellent catalytic reaction activity; a complex including the compound and a transition metal; and a catalyst including the complex. This polymer compound includes: units of threefold styrene cross-linked phosphane; and styrene units having substituent groups (R) in position 4 (provided that R represents hydrogen, a C1-6 lower alkyl group, a C1-6 lower alkoxy group, or a polar functional group).     A solid heterogeneous catalyst consisting of a metal component and an organic ligand polymer, wherein the metal component is one or more of Rh, Ir or Co, the organic ligand polymer is a polymer having a large specific surface area and hierarchical porosity formed by polymerizing an organic ligand monomer containing P and alkenyl group and optional N via a solvothermal polymerization process, the metal component forms coordinated bond with the P atom or N in backbone of the organic ligand polymer and exists in a monoatomic dispersion state; when the catalyst is used in an olefin hydroformylation reaction, the metal component and the P and/or N atom form in situ an intermediate active species similar to homogeneous catalyst due to the coordination effect, and the catalyst has an excellent catalytic property, can be easily separated, and has a relatively high stability.
