用途

抗氧剂THP-EPQ是一种双磷酸酯结构亚磷酸脂类抗氧剂，具有良好的相容性、较低的挥发性和优异的耐水解性和热稳定性等特性。其热失重温度高达350℃，能在高温加工中有效防止颜色变黄并稳定熔融指数。配合受阻酚抗氧剂使用时，协同效应显著。

这种抗氧剂适用于多种聚合物材料，包括聚烯烃（如HDPE、LLDPE、聚乙烯）、聚丙烯、聚丁烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物以及聚碳酸酯、聚缩醛和聚酰胺等。它也可以用于聚酯、苯乙烯均聚与共聚产品、粘胶剂、天然和合成的增粘剂，以及其他弹性体（如BR、SEBS、SBS）及有机基材中。一般推荐用量为0.1% ~ 0.5%。
