The aromatic amine derivative realizes the organic EL device capable of suppressing the crystallization of a molecule, improving yields upon production of the organic EL device, and having a long lifetime when at least one layer of the one or more multiple organic thin film layers contains the aromatic amine derivative alone or as a component of a mixture.
