Design and Synthesis of Novel 2-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-quinoline-Based Tricyclic 1,5-benzothiazepine Derivatives

A series of new tricyclic 1,5‐benzothiazepine derivatives containing 2‐(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)quinoline were synthesized by the reaction of 1,5‐benzothiazepine with benzohydroximinoyl chlorides via 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition reaction. The structures of the target compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS, elemental, and X‐ray crystallographic analysis.
通过1,5-苯并噻唑并氯与苯并氢氧亚甲基氯的反应通过1,3-偶极环加成反应合成了一系列新的含2-(1,2,4-三氮唑-1-基)喹啉的三环1,5-苯并噻庚因衍生物。通过IR,1 H NMR,MS,元素和X射线晶体学分析确认了目标化合物的结构。
