  Batatasin IV是从山药中分离出来的一种二氢芪类化合物，具有抑制植物生长的活性。后来的研究表明，该化合物可能通过抑制白三烯A 4的环氧水解酶活性而表现出抗炎特性。水解酶。为了接近二氢类苯酚类骨架，构想了无铜的SPhos介导的Sonogashira反应，并探索了底物范围。我们的结果表明该反应可以耐受游离醇，醛，硝基和苯胺基的存在。但是，带有酸性酚或羧酸基团的取代基的产率明显降低。接下来，结合报道的无铜Sonogashira反应，以16％的总收率完成了batatasin IV的全合成。最后，我们表明，batatasin IV通过白三烯A 4水解酶抑制丙氨酸对硝基苯胺的水解，其IC 50为91.4 µM。
