Synthesis and Antifungal Activity Evaluation of New 1,2,4-Triazole Derivatives Bearing Salicylidene Hydrazide Moiety

A series of new N’-(arylidene)-2-[(1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)oxy]acetohydrazide derivatives (1- 16) were prepared and tested for theira ntifungal activity against six plant pathogens, three human pathogens and two nonpathogen microorganisms. The target compounds were obtained with a multi-step reaction starting from 4- substitutedarylhydrazine derivatives and the structures of final compounds
制备并测试了一系列新的N'-(亚芳基)-2-[(1-(4-硝基苯基)-1H-1,2,4-三唑-3-基)氧基]乙酰肼衍生物(1-1)对六种植物病原体,三种人类病原体和两种非病原微生物的杀真菌活性。从4-取代的芳基肼衍生物开始,通过多步反应获得目标化合物,并通过IR,NMR,质谱数据和元素分析结果阐明了最终化合物的结构。采用微量稀释法测定了该化合物对11种镰刀菌,木霉菌,曲霉和青霉菌的抗真菌活性。大多数目标化合物对多种真菌病原体均显示出优异的抗真菌活性。
