  摘要：

  早期工作确定了三种化合物，即 c,s 环丁烷二聚体，即所谓的 (6-4) photoproduct (5-hydroxy-6-4'-(5-methylpyrimidin-2'-one)-5,6-dihydrothymine ) 和三聚体水合物，作为在冷冻水溶液中胸腺嘧啶在紫外线照射下形成的产物。最近的工作表明，(α-4) 产物，即 α-4'-(5'-甲基嘧啶-2'-one)-胸腺嘧啶，可能是在这些反应条件下形成的产物。在对 -78.5°C 冰中 Thy 的光化学进行彻底重新研究期间，我们发现可以检测到多种其他产物。除了 c,s 二聚体之外，还产生了其他三种已知的环丁烷二聚体，即 c,a、t,s 和 t,a 形式，尽管数量相当少。同样形成胸腺嘧啶（5,6-二氢-5-（α-胸腺嘧啶）胸腺嘧啶）的所谓“孢子产物”。另外两个二聚体已被确定为次要产物；其中一个已被确定为 5-(thymin-3-yl)-5
