(FR) L'invention concerne des composés de pyrrolidine nouveaux de formule générale (I), et des sels d'addition d'acide, des hydrates ou des promédicaments, acceptables sur le plan pharmaceutiques, de ces derniers. Dans ladite formule (I), R1 représente alkyle C1-14 éventuellement substitué par cycloalkyle C3-7, alcoxy C1-6, phénoxy, perhalométhyle, halogène éventuellement substitué; C----R2 représente éventuellement C=R2 ou C-R2, R2 représente oxygène, hydroxy, halogène, amino ou mercapto, R3 et R4 représentent séparément hydroxy, halogène, amino ou mercapto.
