  Phosphonate-functionalized phosphine ligands (2a-d) and their water-soluble di-sodium salts Na2O3PCH2CH2NR1 (CH2CH2NR2)(n)R-3 (3a-d) were prepared by a new route using bis(hydroxymethyl)diphenylphosphonium chloride with 2-aminoethylphosphonic acid and its N-substituted compounds H2O3PCH2CH2NR1(CH2CH2NR2)(n)R-3 (1a-d) under mild conditions at 60-70degreesC and without special reagents. The solubilities of 3a-d in water at 25 degreesC were also measured and compared.

  摘要 采用 2-氯乙基膦酸与氨和胺（H2NMe、HNMeMe、HNEtEt、H2NPr-n、H2NCH2ph、H2NCH2CH2NH2 和 H2N(C=NH)）通过一步反应制备了 2-氨基乙基膦酸 (AEPA) 及其 N-取代化合物。 NH2在20℃以下的稀碱溶液中，后处理简单，易于纯化。催化量的碘化钾加速反应。反应产物的收率为35.6%～48.6%（不存在KI），78.2%～88.0%对于 KI 的存在。
