  本发明涉及有机合成技术领域，尤其是一种茜素黄R钠盐的制备方法，包括以下步骤：(1)取4‑硝基氯苯溶解于二氯甲烷中，得溶液A；(2)取氢氧化钠溶于水，配成10％水溶液，加入5‑肼基水杨酸，制得5‑肼基水杨酸钠水溶液B；(3)搅拌下将溶液A和溶液B混合，然后升温，搅拌反应；(4)降温，静置，分相；(5)水相升温，滴加5％双氧水，超声波、搅拌下反应，得到茜素黄R钠盐；(6)精制后，得高纯度茜素黄R钠盐。本发明采用4‑硝基氯苯和5‑肼基水杨酸缩合，然后双氧水氧化脱氢的一锅法新工艺制备了茜素黄R钠盐。本发明的新工艺安全、高效、绿色，避免了重氮化工艺，降低了三废。
