  The subject of the present invention are the triazole derivatives, the synthesis and application thereof. These are new compounds obtained in reaction of 4-amino- 1,2,4- triazole with nitrobenzaldehyde derivatives. Compounds possess two chiral centres that play the crucial role in chemical and biological properties. New triazole derivatives are used as active substances in drugs preventing and/or curing infection caused by fungi or bacteria.
