Reactions of the substituted 2-formyl chromones with aroylhydrazines gave corresponding 2-(aroylhydrazonomethylidyne) chromones. Then 2-(3'-acetyl-5'-aryl-2',3'-dihydro-1',3',4'-oxadiazol-2'-yl) chromones were prepared bythese 2-(aroylhydrazonomethylidyne) chromones under refluxing with Ac 2 O. All target compounds were characterized through elemental analysis and IR, 1 H NMR, MS.
取代的2-甲酰基色酮与芳酰基肼反应得到相应的2-(芳酰基肼基亚甲基)色酮。然后用这些2-(芳酰基肼基亚甲基)色酮在回流下制备2-(3'-乙酰基-5'-芳基-2',3'-二氢-1',3',4'-恶二唑-2'-基)色酮所有目标化合物均通过元素分析和 IR、1 H NMR、MS 进行了表征。
