制备方法与用途

生物活性

Terbufibrol 在正常和高胆固醇血症雄性大鼠中，高效降低血清总胆固醇 (TC) 水平。

体内研究

Terbufibrol（20-200 mg/kg）在所有三种饮食条件下均能有效降低动物的血清 TC 含量，但胆固醇减少的程度不同：高胆固醇 (HC) > 高蛋白和脂肪饮食 (HPF) > 对照组 (N)，最大降幅分别为 154%、80% 和 70%。Clofibrate（200 mg/kg）在 HPF 摄食时使 TC 最大降低 28%，而在 N 摄食时仅降低 13%，对 HC 摄食无效。Cholestyramine（400 mg/kg/天）在 HPF 摄食动物中无效，但在 HC 摄食动物中可使 TC 下降 45%。HPF 摄食条件下，Nicotinic Acid（200 mg/kg）无明显效果。

Terbufibrol 在高蛋白和脂肪饮食 (HPF) 摄食的动物中显著降低 HDL、HDL-TC、LDL、LDL-TC 和 LDL-TC/PL。随剂量增加，LDL-TC 的减少更为明显。Clofibrate（200 mg/kg）的主要作用是降低 HDL 和 HDL-TC，并提高 LDL。
