diisopropylfluorophosphate (DFP; a mimic of Sarin and Soman) from other nerve‐agent simulants, is reported (see picture). This probe was designed to contain two reactive sites: an OH group that provides a suitable reactive group for nerveagents and a tert‐butyldimethylsilylether moiety that is able to react with fluoride, which is a specific byproduct of the phosphorylation of OH by DFP.
