    Suzuki polycondensation (SPC) as an alternative strategy has been utilized for the first time to readily yield functional perfluorocyclobutyl (PFCB) aryl ether polymers, which are difficult to obtain via the traditional [2+2] thermal cyclopolymerization strategy. Using two reactive PFCB aryl ether molecules as monomers, the biphenyl PFCB aryl ether polymer without any functionality was first prepared and exhibited good thermal stability, up to 450 degrees C at 8% weight loss (N-2). By choosing appropriate functional monomers, aldehyde-functionalized PFCB aryl ether polymer precursor was also successfully prepared. Post-polymerization modification of this polymer precursor via Knoevenagel condensation yielded three distinct PFCB aryl ether polymers containing thermally stable triarylamine-based electro-optic chromophores.     本发明涉及具有可交联基团的平面型三苯胺衍生物及其合成方法。通过乌尔曼偶联反应、格氏反应、闭环反应、卤代反应和铃木反应等反应合成了化合物。具有可交联基团的平面型三苯胺衍生物结构如下;该方法合成的平面型三苯胺衍生物中F、G、H、I具有不止一个苯乙烯基或三氟乙烯基交联基团,交联后可形成抗溶剂的网络薄膜,能有效防止器件层间混溶。经循环伏安法测试得到的F、G、H、I和J的氧化电位分别是0.3eV,0.29eV,0.27eV,0.32eV和0.33eV,较平面型三苯胺的氧化电位的氧化电位0.36eV更低,有利于载流子传输,在有机光伏器件和有机电致发光器件领域有重要的应用前景。

    A new curable arylamine containing a perfluorocyclobutane (PFCB) structure without an acidic group was synthesized. The material was thermally cured on ITO after spin-coating. The polymer showed excellent solvent resistance, high thermal stability, high transparency, and good surface smoothness.
