Efficient multicomponent synthesis of 2-aminopyridines catalysed by basic mesoporous materials

An efficient and green procedure for the synthesis of 2-aminopyridines derivatives via four-component reaction of acetophenone, malononitrile, triethoxymethane and different primary amines has been developed using different surfactant-containing mesoporous catalysts. The advantages of this approach are easy operational method, high product yields and reusable catalysts without losing their catalytic activity.
利用不同的含表面活性剂的介孔催化剂,开发了一种通过苯乙酮、丙二腈、三乙氧基甲烷和不同伯胺的四组分反应合成 2-氨基吡啶衍生物的高效绿色程序。这种方法的优点是操作方法简单,产品收率高,催化剂可重复使用,且不会失去催化活性。
