N → N acyl group migration in N-acylpyrazoles: Isomerization of 1,4-diacyl-5-methyl-1H-pyrazoles to 1,4-diacyl-3-methyl-1H-pyrazoles

undergo isomerization to 1,4-diacyl-3-methyl-1H-pyrazoles via intermolecular N → N acyl group migration. 1,4,5-Trisubstituted pyrazoles obtained by reaction of 2-ethoxymethylidene derivatives of 1,3-diketones with 1,3-benzothiazol-2-ylhydrazine or phenylhydrazine failed to isomerize to 1,3,4-trisubstituted pyrazoles.
1,4-二酰基-5-甲基-1- ħ在甲苯中加热-pyrazoles异构化成1,4-二酰基-3-甲基-1- ħ -pyrazoles经由分子间Ñ→Ñ酰基迁移。通过1,3-二酮的2-乙氧基亚甲基衍生物与1,3-苯并噻唑-2-基肼或苯肼反应获得的1,4,5-三取代吡唑不能异构化为1,3,4-三取代吡唑。
