  摘要：

  本发明公开了一种结构如(1)所示的基于质子转移策略的手性羟基酰胺类化合物的合成方法，其以结构如式(2)所示的酮酰胺类化合物与结构如式(3)所示的当归内酯为原料，在有机溶剂A中，手性催化剂的条件下直接充分反应，反应结束后反应体系经分离纯化得到所述的高立体选择性的羟基内酯酰胺类化合物。本发明是首次利用新设计的手性盐为催化剂，促进当归内酯发生质子转移后酮酰胺类化合物反应，得到高收率、高立体选择性的羟基内酯酰胺类化合物。其有益效果主要体现在：1，操作简单；2，能快速构建高立体选择性的羟基内酯骨架结构分子；3，反应收率高，立体选择性好。故本发明具有较高的基础研究意义、工业生产价值和社会经济效益。
