Five pyridine derivatives, namely, N-morpholinium 7,7-dimethyl-3-cyano-4-(4′-nitrophenyl)-5-oxo-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydroquinoline-2-thiolate (1), sodium 5-acetyl-3-amino-4-(4′-methoxyphenyl)-6-methylthieno[2,3-b] pyridine-2-carboxylate (2), piperidinium 3,5-dicyano-2-oxo-4-spirocyclopentane-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyridine-6-thiolate (3), piperidinium 5-acetyl-3-cyano-4-(4′-methoxyphenyl)-6-methylpyridine-2-thiolate
五种吡啶衍生物,即N-吗啉7,7-二甲基-3-氰基-4-(4'-硝基苯基)-5-氧代-1,4,5,6,7,8-六氢喹啉-2-硫醇盐(1),5-乙酰基-3-氨基-4-(4'-甲氧基苯基)-6-甲基噻吩并[2,3 - b ]吡啶-2-羧酸钠(2),哌啶3,5-二氰基-2-氧代-4-螺环戊烷-1,2,3,4-四氢吡啶-6-硫醇盐(3),哌啶5-乙酰基-3-氰基-4-(4'-甲氧基苯基)-6-甲基吡啶-2-硫醇盐(4) ,并制备了纯净状态的5-乙酰基-4-(4'-氯苯基)-3-氰基-6-甲基吡啶-2-硫醇哌啶鎓(5),并进行了标题研究。生物测定结果表明,化合物1具有杀虫活性。是乙酰胺类杀虫剂的约4倍。其余测试化合物具有中等至强的杀蚜虫活性。
