  Compounds of the formula wherein R1 is selected from various aliphatic and aromatic groups; R2 is H, F, Cl, Br, CH3, OCH3 or CF3; R3 is H or CH3 X is CH3, OCH3, Cl, OCF2H or SCF2H; Y is amino or various organic groups; Z is CH or N; and their agriculturally suitable salts; exhibit herbicidal activity.
