A three-component reaction between 1-substituted-2-methylimidazoles, cyanophenylacetylene, and various aldehydes: stereoselective synthesis of (Z)-(2-cyano-1-phenyl)vinyl ethers of 2-(2-hydroxyalkyl)imidazoles

A three-component reactionbetween 1-substituted-2-methylimidazoles (1-Me, Bn), cyanophenylacetylene, and aliphatic (Me, i-Pr, n-Bu) and aromatic (Ph, 4-CN-, 4-O2N-C6H4) aldehydes occurs without a catalyst or solvent at room temperature (20–25 °С) to afford stereoselectively (Z)-(2-cyano-1-phenyl)vinyl ethers of 2-hydroxyalkylimidazoles in 26–57% yields.
1-取代-2-甲基咪唑(1-Me,Bn),氰基苯基乙炔和脂肪族(Me,i -Pr,n -Bu)与芳香族(Ph,4-CN-,4-O 2在室温(20–25°C)下,在没有催化剂或溶剂的情况下会出现NC 6 H 4)醛,从而以26–57%的产率提供2-羟基烷基咪唑的立体选择性(Z)-(2-氰基-1-苯基)乙烯基醚。
