acid, Me(PriO)P(S)OH. The chemical correlation was based on the synthesis of optically active O,O-dialkyl alkylphosphonothionates, R(RO)(R′O)P(S), from suitably substituted phosphonothioic acids via the corresponding O-alkyl alkylphosphonochloridothionates, R(RO)P(S)Cl. It has been shown that all the dextrorotatory O-alkyl alkylphosphonothioic acids have the R configuration.
O烷基甲基硫代磷酸Me(RO)P(S)OH(RMe,Et,Pr n,Bu n),O-烷基乙基硫代磷酸Et(酸Pr i(RO)P( S)OH(RMe,Et)与(+)R -O-异丙基甲基膦硫酸Me(Pr i O)P(S)OH的化学相关性是基于旋光O的合成通过适当的O-烷基烷基膦酰氯硫代磺酸盐R(RO)P(S)Cl,从适当取代的膦硫酸制备O,O-二烷基烷基膦酸酯,R(RO)(R'O)P(S)。右旋的O-烷基烷基硫代膦酸具有R构型。
