Four coordination polymers, [M3(boaba)2(4, 4′-bipy)2(H2O)8] [M = Co (1), Ni (2), Mn (3)] and [Cu3(boaba)2(bimb)3]·4H2O (4) [H3boaba = 3, 5-bis-oxyacetate-benzoic acid, 4, 4′-bipy = 4, 4′-bipyridine, bimb = 1, 4-bis(imidazol-1′-yl)butane], were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, and TG analyses.
