The present invention includes compounds represented by the formula:
wherein n is 0 or 1; R₁, R₂, R₃, and R₄ are independently selected from hydrogen, hydroxy, amino, alkylamino, alkylsulfonylamino, loweralkyl, loweralkoxy, halo, and thioalkoxy; or R₁ and R₂ or R₂ and R₃ taken together can form a methylenedioxy or ethylenedioxy bridge; R₁₀ is independently selected from hydrogen, loweralkyl, phenyl, and substituted phenyl; R₅ is loweralkyl; R₉ is hydrogen or loweralkyl; R₆ and R₈ are hydrogen; and R₇ is
