  (EN) 3-(N-isopropyl-N-n-propylamino)-5-(N-isopropyl)carbamoylchroman having formula (I), as racemate, (R)-enantiomer in the form of free base or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The object of the present invention is to provide compounds for therapeutic use, especially for treatment of 5-hydroxytryptamine mediated disorders in the central nervous system for instance depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anorexia, senile dementia, migraine, stroke, Alzheimer's disease, hypertension, thermoregulatory and sexual disturbances, pain and for treatment of disturbances in the cardiovascular system.(FR) Chromane de 3-(N-isopropyl-N-n-propylamino)-5-(N-isopropyl) carbamoyle représenté par la formule (I), en tant que racémate, R-énantiomère sous forme d'une base libre ou ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables. L'invention décrit des composés présentant une efficacité thérapeutique, particulièrement dans le traitement des maladies provoquées par la 5-hydroxitryptamine dans le système nerveux central, par exemple, la dépression, l'anxiété, la psychonévrose obsessionnelle, l'anoréxie, la démence sénile, la migraine, l'ictus, la maladie de Alzheimer, l'hypertension, les désordres thermorégulatoires et sexuels, la douleur, ainsi que dans le traitement des désordres du système cardiovasculaire.
