  本发明提供了一种S‑2‑羟基‑3‑甲氧基‑3,3‑二苯基丙酸及其制备方法，该制备方法包括以下步骤：（1）将2,3‑环氧基‑3,3‑二苯基丙酸酯溶于甲醇，酸催化开环，碱金属氢氧化物水解，反应液浓缩后加入水，待固体析出后过滤，再经溶剂洗涤纯化得到精制的2‑羟基‑3‑甲氧基‑3,3‑二苯基丙酸盐；（2）将精制的2‑羟基‑3‑甲氧基‑3,3‑二苯基丙酸盐与L‑脯氨酸甲酯盐反应后进行拆分，得到S‑2‑羟基‑3‑甲氧基‑3,3‑二苯基丙酸‑L‑脯氨酸甲酯盐，加酸使之游离，再经萃取、干燥、浓缩、重结晶，得到S‑2‑羟基‑3‑甲氧基‑3,3‑二苯基丙酸。本发明采用简单操作得到高纯度的S‑2‑羟基‑3‑甲氧基‑3,3‑二苯基丙酸，保证了最终生产的安立生坦达到药用标准，缩短了合成周期；在拆分阶段不再使用缚酸剂，降低了成本。

  The invention relates to a method for the enantioselective preparation of the glycide ester (I) by (a) dihydroxylating a corresponding 3-phenyl cinnamic acid ester (II) by osmium (VIII) oxide catalysis in the presence of a Sharpless ligand and an oxidant to give a dihydroxy ester (III), (b) selectively converting the hydroxy function in the 2 position of the dihydroxy ester (III) to a leaving group, (c) intramolecularly substituting the leaving group by the hydroxy function in the 3 position to the glycide ester (I). In formulae (I), (II), and (III), R 1 represents C 1 -C 10 alkyl, aryl or arylalkyl, which can optionally be substituted, and R 2 represents C 1 -C 10 alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, halogen, C 1 -C 10 alkoxy, acyloxy or amide, which can be optionally substituted, and n is 0 to 5. 1
