  The present invention concerns substituted heterocyclic phenoxyamines having the following formula: ##STR1## their pharmacologically acceptable acid salts, their quaternary ammonium salts, their N-oxides, their levorotatory and dextrorotatory isomers and the processes for the preparation thereof. In the above formula: m=0 or 2 n=0 or 2 provided that m+n=2 A represents hydrogen, a lower alkoxy or lower alkenyloxy group, X represents a halogen, R represents hydrogen or a saturated or unsaturated aliphatic and/or cyclic hydrocarbon radical such as in particular lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, cycloalkyl and cycloalkyl-alkyl, cycloalkenyl and cycloalkenyl-alkyl.
