Described are plastoelastomeric polyolefin compositions comprising a mixture of the following components:
A) 10-50% of not crosslinked polypropylene,
B) 2-10% of not crosslinked elastomeric ethylene/propylene/(diene) copolymer,
C) 30-45% of polymeric product which is insoluble in xylene at 135°C, comprising polypropylene and ethylene/propylene/(diene) copolymer,
D) 5-58% of extender oil.
A process for the preparation of said compositions is also disclosed.
