    由 2-亚硝基-5-(N-丙基-3-磺丙基氨基)苯酚 (NPSAP:H2L) 与三价钪、钇和镧系元素(但不是钷)形成的 1:1 复合物的稳定性常数已通过电位测定法确定离子强度为 0.1 的硝酸钾水溶液和 25 °C。1:1 配合物的稳定性常数随着镧系元素原子序数的增加而增加,而钆则略有下降。在所研究的金属配合物中,钪的 1:1 配合物的稳定性常数最高,而钇配合物的稳定性常数介于铈和镨配合物之间。

    The present invention provides a calorimetric method that can perform a simple and reliable analysis in a short time. The method includes transferring an electron from an analyte to a coloring reagent that produces color by reduction via a mediator by using an oxidoreductase; and performing qualitative or quantitative analysis of the analyte by measuring color produced in the coloring reagent. The enzyme reaction of this method is a single stage reaction, and the color production reaction occurs via the mediator. Therefore, the measurement can be performed in a short time. Since this reaction requires neither hydrogen peroxide nor oxygen, the measured values are highly reliable.

    A test strip having the capability of separating blood cells from whole blood, wherein it has a porous reagent layer comprising beads, an inorganic gel and a reagent that causes a detectable reaction with a substance to be detected, and a substrate that supports the reagent layer, wherein the beads are adhered to each other with the inorganic gel, and interstices are formed between the beads to trap a solid. The test strip can thus be used for separating blood cells from a whole blood including blood cells and plasma and detecting a substance to be detected, such as glucose, contained in plasma. The use of the test strip allows the measurement of a substance to be detected even by measurement of a transmitted light, the exhibition of good oxygen permeability, and thus can be used for measuring a substance to be detected with improved accuracy.
