  (EN) A liquid curable resin composition which is suitable for use as a coating material for optical fiber, particularly as a hard coating allowing a coated optical fiber with a uniform fiber diameter to be produced even at high speed fiber drawing. The liquid curable resin composition comprises (A) a polymerizable compound having a (meth)acrylate group in a molecule; (B) a reactive diluent having a number average molecular weight of not more than 1,000; and (C) a polymerization initiator, wherein the viscosity of the liquid curable resin composition is in a range of from 500 to 3000 cp at 40 °C and the activation energy for fluidization is in a range of 1 to 60 kJ/mol.(FR) Cette invention concerne une composition de résine liquide et solidifiable qui peut être utilisée en qualité de matériau de revêtement pour fibres optiques. Cette composition peut notamment être utilisée en qualité de revêtement dur permettant de produire une fibre optique enduite qui possède un diamètre de fibre uniforme même à des vitesses de filage élevées. Cette composition de résine liquide et solidifiable comprend les éléments suivants: (A) un composé polymérisable qui possède un groupe (méth)acrylate dans une molécule; (B) un diluant réactif qui possède un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre ne dépassant pas 1000; et (C), un initiateur de polymérisation. La viscosité de cette composition de résine liquide et solidifiable varie de 500 à 3000 cp à 40 °C, tandis que l'énergie d'activation pour la fluidification varie de 1 à 60 kJ/mol.
