  对映纯（SR）-[（对甲苯磺酰亚胺基）甲基]-对苯二酚与ArAlMe 2试剂的反应可实现芳基的高度非对映选择性1,4-加成以及前手性环己二烯酮部分的高效去对称化。通过将该反应与氧化成砜后的立体选择性还原和消除β-羟基亚砜结合，以回收羰基并进行立体选择性环氧化，可以实现苯基取代的多氧化环己烷衍生物的不对称合成。
