    High-efficiency undoped blue organic light-emitting device
    摘要:
    A high-efficiency, undoped, blue, organic light-emitting device was devised that employed a novel electroluminescent material 4-(7,10-diphenylfluoranthen-8-yl)-N,N-diphenylbenzenamine as electrofluorescence emitter. The device with a simple structure of ITO/N,N'-bis(1-naphthyl)-N,N'-diphenyl-1,1'-biphenyl-4,4'diamine/4-(7,10-diphenylfluoranthen-8-yl)-N,N-diphenylbenzenamine/4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline/LiF/Al exhibited stable blue light emission of CIE chromaticity coordinates (x = 0.19 +/- 0.01 and y = 0.45 +/- 0.02), and a current efficiency of 6.0 cd A(-1) and a power efficiency of 4.6 Im W(-1).     An organic light-emitting material having the structure of formula (I) or (II) as described below and an organic light-emitting device (OLED) are disclosed. The OLED adopts the compound containing fluoranthene group as the electron transport material possessing good electron transport and injection ability. The material also enhances the luminous efficiency and lifetime of the device because of its excellent thermal stability and film-forming properties. At the same time, the high triplet energy and excellent electron transport capacity of the material containing fluoranthene group make it suitable to be used as the host for phosphorescent devices, increasing the number of electrons in the light-emitting layer and the efficiency of the device.
    本发明公开了一种具有下述式(I)或式(II)结构的有机发光材料和一种有机发光器件(OLED)。有机发光二极管采用含基的化合物作为电子传输材料,具有良好的电子传输和注入能力。由于该材料具有优异的热稳定性和成膜性,因此还能提高器件的发光效率和使用寿命。同时,含烯基的材料具有较高的三重态能量和出色的电子传输能力,适合用作光器件的宿主,从而增加发光层中的电子数量,提高器件的效率。

    An organic electroluminescence device includes: an anode; a cathode being opposed to the anode; and an emitting layer being provided between the anode and the cathode. The emitting layer includes a host material and a phosphorescent dopant material. The host material includes a monoamine derivative represented by a formula-(1A) below. In the formula (1A), each of Ar 1 , Ar 2 and Ar 4 is a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group or heteroaryl group, Ar 3 is a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group or heteroarylene group, n is an integer of 0 to 5, Ar 3 may be mutually the same or different when n is 2 or more, and at least one of Ar 1 , Ar 2 , Ar 3 , and Ar 4 is a group derived from a fused aromatic hydrocarbon skeleton having 3 or more rings.
