向1,3-二溴-2,2-二甲氧基丙烷(102g,389mmol)在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(1200mL)中的溶液中加入硫化钠(66.8g,506mmol),将混合物回流3天。冷却至室温后,用乙醚(1200mL)稀释,并用水(1200mL)和盐水(1200mL)洗涤,经硫酸钠干燥并真空浓缩,得到淡黄色油状产物40g(产率77%)。

第二步:3-硫杂环丁酮

向3,3-二甲氧基硫杂环丁烷(40g,600mmol)在二氯甲烷(2500mL)中的溶液中加入二氧硅烷(160g)。回流反应2天后,冷却至室温,并通过硅藻土垫过滤。将滤液真空浓缩,得到所需产物3-硫杂环丁酮。
