  (EN) A calcium channel composition is isolated from neuronal cell membranes by hydrophobic affinity chromatography. The affinity adsorbent used in the isolation technique is a calcium channel blocking factor derived from the venom of funnel web spiders. Three spiders producing this calcium channel blocking factor are $i(Agelenopsis aperta, Hololena curta) and $i(Calilena). By subjecting neuronal cell membranes to this affinity chromatography method, the calcium channels obtained are essentially purified.(FR) On isole une composition de canal de calcium à partir de membranes de cellules neuronales par chromatographie par affinité hydrophobe.
