  prepared by the reaction of pentafluorobenzenesulfenyl chloride with N-sulfinyltrimethylsilylamine. Furthermore the reaction of bis(pentafluorophenylthio)amine with thionyl chloride and the reactions of pentafluorobenzenesulfenamide with sulfur dichloride and sulfur tetrafluoride were investigated.
